Abstract:There are more and more demand for food safety with the improvement of people's living standard.The control system and safety policy of food must be established and improved to ensure food safety and promote food industry development. This article reviewd the system of good manufacturing practice,sanitation standard operation procedure,Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point,food traceability system,the International Organization for Standards,good agriculture practice,quality safetyand other management systems. It mainly summarized the definition,development and applications of these systems.
