摘要 近几年火鸡产业在中国兴起,针对当前国内养殖形式,在介绍火鸡营养价值的基础之上,概述了火鸡的生产现状,重点指出了火鸡产业发展中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施.

Abstract ：Turkey industry has been rising in China in recent years. Because of the domestic current form of farming, the status of turkey production were introduced on the basis of an overview of turkey nutritional value.
