Abstract:In recent years, international market are demanding more and more horse meat and its price are arising as well. Horse meat is of high nutritional and hygienical value and our country have the largest number of horses in the world. So we’d better take the superior chance to develop all kinds of horse meat products to meet the people’s various needs.
