Abstract Abstract：Irradiation technology has the potential capacity in aquatic products application. This paper reviewed the mechanism and research progress of irradiation technology on aquatic products, such as fresh-keeping preservation, the degradation of hazardous substances, allergenicity reducing, fresh feed disinfection and fish breeding.
