Abstract With rapid development of livestock and aquaculture industry,the ranges and the varieties of using veterinary drugs were increased and expanded.As we get remarkable economic benefit,the drug residues has effect public health,especially the Hormone Residues.The technique of determination of hormone residues in meat products in modern analysis was dissertated in this paper.Principles and applications of methods used in the determination were summarized.And the developmental direction were discussed.
