Abstract Rosemary extracts is a natural antioxidant that has a good antioxidative activity. This article summarizes the antioxygenic property and action mechanism of Rosemary extracts, then detailedly introduces the application of Rosemary which is used in the animal-derived food, and finally outlooks of the prospect of Rosemary.
