Abstract:Recently,with chilled meat becoming mainstream product in market of meat at home and abroad biopreservative will be developmental direction.The review on common microorganisms in chilled meat and bacteriostasis effect with different biopreservative are introduced in order to offer reference for furthe deveropment and utilization.
