Abstract In order to improve the low yield,short shelf life,family workshop production situation of Cooked meats,we find some solutions to increase the yield,extend the shelf life,and implement large-scale,pipelining and standardization production by in-depth research of the Cooked meats.In addition,to meet the requirements of modern life,small packaging,rich flavor are the development trends by the market research of the Cooked meats.
