Abstract In this study,the molecular imprinting of sulfonamide and its derivatives system were researched through the computational investigation.Study the interaction between the functional monomer and the template by molecu lar dynamics,as well as the choice of solvent.To provide a basis for the analysis and the principle research of molecular imprinting of sulfonamide and its derivatives in eggs.
