Abstract With the great improvement of peoples’ living standard, food safety became a hot spot of society.Among the safety issue, the safety utilization of food additive became more and more outstanding, influence the peoples’ health.This passage introduced the application and question of food additives in meat industry, the safety control and development trends of those additives were also introduced and predicted in this paper.
