Abstract Compared with soybean protein,it has a same working procedure but omits Spray drying procedure,so the liquild soybean protein can be used in the Production as well as the soybean protein. This article has conducted the preliminary study of liquild soybean protein on some aspect,such as functionality characteristic with Physical property, Chemical property, pH and Neutral reaction temperature.
