对我国营养配餐研究思路的探析

Abstract Nutritional balanced diet is gradually being a new industry, because of the modern nutritional viewpoints in China. The current way of investigation of nutritional balanced diet was summarized, and the problems were analyzed in this paper. The ideas and proposals for development of it were also discussed.
