Abstract This paper introduces a instant food called high-energy and nutritional fish sausage which have features of small,light,high-energy,balanced nutrition and convenient to eat.This food can meet the full requirements and nutritional needs for growth and development of students.This article analyzed the nutrient composition and amino acid content of this fish sausage,also established the product’s health indicators.
