Abstract The article was designed to offer the convenient distinguishing means to the consumers by examining and processing five abnormal color meats in the market. Thus it offers the reliable foundation and has new improvements on technology. The article detected with the contrasting and the rapid examining methods in the lab according to the practice experience of the author. Compared with five abnormal color meats, the article reflects the serious problem in the market. Therefore, we should strengthen further the law of animal.
