Abstract Customers satisfaction reflects the value of the enterprise and also is the basis for enterprise
survival and development. It is an important factor which affects customer satisfaction market share of
product and market competition. The paper used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the
ACSI model to evaluate the customers satisfaction in food.
