Abstract Abstract: Salmonella spp. is a widespread bacterial pathogen that can cause food poison.It is necessary to establish a rapid, convenient and sensitive method to detect Salmonella spp.. Primers targeting the affecting protein nuclease gene (invA) were used in PCR. In the study, addition of primers and template, dNTP, annealing temperature and PCR circles were optimized to determine the optimal reacting condition of PCR.
