Abstract Characteristics of different pathological appearances of the pork carcass skin are detailed.It is pointed out that the infectious and the non-infectious must be differdetiated,diagnosis should be madecomprehensivly,so that a proper way of disposal can be worked out to guarantee the safety of meat products.
