Abstract:In order to understand the situation segmentation of beef’s production and circulation , promote the further development of the beef industry, we did a market survey for a month in Beijing. The results showed that, there are some problems in our country, for example the lack of uniform standards for beef cuts, naming confusion,large price differences between regions and consumption method unclear. Finally, we some beef value-added approach.
