Abstract:This article introduces some common health and safety issues exist in meat and meat products
from the aspects of microbial contamination, toxic and hazardous compounds in the meat, as well as
some security risks in packaging materials. Besides, it brings forward appropriate measure to deal with
the common security and sanitation problems in the meat and meat products.
