Abstract:Based on fuzzy mathematics, the mathematical model to judge sausage with red date quality was established. Firstly, single general judgement of sensory indexes including flavor, taste, color was operated, then weighting vector selection was done. Finally general judgement results were used for contrast and reached an optimal technics.
