摘要 随着我国国民经济不断地发展,畜产品加工业在国民经济中占据了重要地位,特别在我国加入WTO后,面临着各种发展机遇与挑战.本文简述了畜产品加工业的现状和问题,并探讨了国内外畜产品加工业的发展趋势.

Abstract ：Following with the constant development of the national economy,the animal product industry plays the important role in the national economy.
