Abstract:the security problem of food of animal origin became the focus what was concerned by the society, as far as the situation was concerned, the problems of the residues of drugs in food of animal origin, epidemic disease, the poor security were very obvious. So find a method which can quickly and precisely analyze the pesticide, forage addictive, animal incretion and so on in food of animal origin was very important. The applications of HPLC in the security determination and analysis of food of animal origin were introduced in the paper.
