Abstract：The present situation of the management on Chinese slaughtering toward some aspects,such as the construction of rules,technology and equipment,hygienic inspection,monitoring management and vocational education is spoken,the gap to the developed countries is printed out.Moreover,the necessity to match the international standard is stressed in this article.
