Abstract：Metal detector is essential equipment in the industry of quick frozen poultry meat products. This article introduces
the mechanism, affecting factors of its sensitivity and methods for dealing with doubtful products with the aim of providing
references for selecting the appropriate metal detector and dealing with doubtful products so as to ensure food safety.
