Abstract:The antibiotic residues in meat products mainly come from injection,eating,watering etc. Excessive antibiotic residues are harmful to people’s health.The problems of antibiotic residues in meat products can be solved effectively only by strengthening the legislation,establishing a perfect detection means,setting up strict management system,developing new succedaneum of antibiotic.
