Abstract：This work estimate the industrial coefficient of Chinese meat industry and its contribution ratio to GDP in 2006 based on the input-output analysis model. The results show that Chinese meat industry has the industrial coefficient 1.95 and plays the important role to promote the demand and development of the forward and backward industries. The contribution ratio of Chinese meat industry to GDP in 2006 is 4.6%.
